What this service demands
In chemical plant the material is chosen against a specific medium, concentration and temperature — not against a general standard. Sulphuric and phosphoric duty often needs 904L or Alloy 20; hydrochloric and mixed acids push toward Hastelloy; urea plant service calls for the dedicated urea grades.
