Pipe Spools
Prefabricated pipe assemblies built to isometric drawings, so site work is reduced to flange-up and bolt-up.
Build to drawing
A standard fitting exists for the common case. The work that actually delays a project is the part that does not exist as a standard item — the spool that has to fit between two fixed points, the reducer in a grade nobody stocks, the bracket that was on the original drawing and is no longer made.
We fabricate to isometric drawings and to specification: pipe spools, fabricated fittings in stainless and high-percentage alloy, reducers, nipples, U-bolts, puddle flanges, machined components and pipe bending. Welding is carried out to ASME IX qualified procedures, and every assembly is supplied with the certificates for its components, a weld map and NDT reports where specified.
What we fabricate

Prefabricated pipe assemblies built to isometric drawings, so site work is reduced to flange-up and bolt-up.

Stainless and high-alloy fittings fabricated where a forged equivalent is not available or not economical.

Concentric and eccentric reducers, flanged both ends, rolled and welded to size.

Seamless and welded nipples in a range of sizes and schedules, in stainless, carbon and alloy steels.
Pipe support U-bolts in a range of sizes and materials, with or without a saddle.
A length of pipe with a square plate welded in between and a flange on one end, for sealed penetrations into tanks, vessels and heat exchangers.

Turned and milled parts built to drawing — brackets, lugs, discs, adaptors and one-off replacements.

Cold and induction bending to radius, removing welds from the line and reducing pressure drop.
In the workshop
Everything shown across this site is our own product photographed in our own workshop. If you want to see a specific item before you order, ask and we will send photographs of the actual batch.
What to send us
If the drawing is old and the original grade is obsolete, send it anyway. Identifying a modern equivalent is a normal part of the job and we do it regularly.
